I've been super busy in the office today, trying to tie up some loose ends by tomorrow since I'll be out practically all of next week.  But as mini-breaks I've been reading the LiveJournal of a woman who's spent a lot of time living and working at the McMurdo station in Antarctica.  Her descriptions of what it's like to live in that harsh climate and her posted photographs from other members of the crew are extremely interesting (and funny when reading her excitement over fresh fruit shipments!).
