So, Irish Cupcakes = rousing success. At least to my tastebuds.

Though I cheated from the recipe and used a Devils Food cake mix and storebought vanilla icing. Shhh, don't tell anyone 'kay? And what transports these little beauties to the Emerald Isle is the splash or two (or three) of Bailey's into the icing. Oh, yeah.
