Well, I'm one step closer to my new apartment. I signed the lease during my lunch hour and handed over a check for the security deposit and the balance of the first month's rent. So I am officially poor, but no longer homeless! Hooray! :)

The temporary apartment I'll be living in until my real apartment is ready is so nice. It's too bad that it's a two-bedroom and will be occupied later next month, otherwise I'd ask to stay. I do like my apartment, but the only thing I'm not real sold on is the pink bathroom. But things could be worse, I guess.

I have a feeling these next few weeks are just going to fly by... this whole month has, really. There are so many big and great things coming up: the move to my new apartment, vacation at Cedar Point, new kitties... everything's coming so fast, and I'm excited for it all (though maybe a little more for the kitties than anything else ;))!

Aaaaand I'm going to see Pirates of the Caribbean tomorrow night! *passes out from overstimulation*
