Lately I've been having circulation issues with the left side of my body. Every now and then either my left leg (from about mid-thigh and down), or my left arm (from the elbow down) will get very tingly, similar to the feeling of right before a limb "goes to sleep" - it's not pin-prickly or outright painful... just annoying. Right now it's my arm that's acting up. It definitely feels different than my right arm. It's not affecting my typing or anything, but it is uncomfortable.
And wheneve this happens, it's only ever the left side of my body. I sit at a desk for the majority of the day at work, but I do get up every now and then to walk around.
Has anyone out there ever had a problem like this before? I just want to make sure that there isn't anything I might be able to do myself before I make a trip into the doctor's office.
