So, I found where I want to live after my current lease expires. And it seems almost too good to be true... the rent is right, the apartment features are amazing, the complex's owner is really nice, it's cat-friendly... the list goes on. The only downside I can see is that it's right across the street from the hospital, but the owner said that he really hasn't gotten any complaints about the noise. And I can't imagine it's any worse than what I'm living with now.

I just have to gather the necessary paperwork and deposit and I'm going to go back on Monday to start the process.
