Chloe is addicted to mint-flavored floss.
It all started with this entry on DailyKitten.com: Brutus. "Ha! That's funny," I thought at the time. "Guess that helps with fishy breath."
Cut to a few nights ago when I stood at the bathroom sink flossing my teeth. Chloe jumped up onto the toilet seat beside the counter with a look of keen interest in her eyes. I flashed back to the memory of reading the above DK entry and let Chloe investigate a new string of floss.
That shit is like catnip, apparently.
She goes bonkers over floss now! Every single time I go into the bathroom and turn the light/fan on, she comes zooming in from out of nowhere, hops up on the toilet seat and sits there and CRIES until she gets her floss. I pull the line tight between my fingers and she'll chomp down right in the middle and wait for me to pull the string out of her mouth.
It was really funny at first... until this morning when, after we finished our flossing session, I went into the bedroom to get dressed for work. She stayed in the bathroom and cried cried cried for more floss.
*sigh* Why are all the cats I've ever owned always the weird ones?
In other news, I feel like poo. Hope I'm not getting sick. :( *pops a few more pills*
