So my trip all the way back to my mom's house to see Mia, the cute little puppy my brother's girlfriend found on the side of the highway a few months ago, may have been a bust.  She won't come near me.  And every time I try to get close to her, she barks.  Why is she terrified of me?  I even tried the play-bow position, the submissive position... nothing.  Just more barking.  I've never had this problem with a dog before.  Dogs love me!  Clearly this one has issues.

*sigh*  So now I just have to wait for Mom to get home so hopefully she can introduce Mia to me and everything will be okay.


I am:  confused.

Edit:  Mom got home and Mia likes me now.  I guess she just needed a familiar face in the house to let her know that I wasn't a threat.  So Mia and I are friends now.  :)
